The Air-Lift system is designed to enhance water circulation and oxygenation in oyster farms and controlled aquatic systems. It operates on a simple principle: by injecting air, it sets the water column in motion, ensuring effective oxygenation and uniform distribution of feed for mollusks.
With extremely low energy consumption, Air-Lift offers two usage options: homogenization and recirculation. The homogenization model creates a constant current that evenly distributes phytoplankton and prevents excess oxygen accumulation, thus maintaining a stable and balanced growing environment.
The recirculation version generates vertical water movement, stimulating natural phytoplankton renewal and eliminating dead zones – areas with no oxygen or water flow. This continuous motion keeps the entire tank more active and healthier for the farmed organisms.
Air-Lift is a modular system, easy to install and adaptable to various tank types. It is available in multiple diameters and operates efficiently at depths between 80 and 250 cm, offering flexibility to match your farm’s configuration.
